A person died in property dispute after 2 months of injury

The victims family had changed their statement and these person didnot kill their father . The judge has all 4 behind the bars and will announce decision on 7 oct. Now, I want to know what would be the chances.What could be the decision
As u said victims. Family had changed their statement it means they became hostile. Now the accused will be acquittal and all 4 behind the bars will be free. Court will also see that the complainant become hostile and there evidence becomes nill after hostile.
