A minor girl eloped and called me many time is this a criminal offence

A girl known to me, left her house came to meet me and den went to her girl friend house, and then eloped with someone unknown , while leaving her girl friend house, she called me. But since ever she eloped she called me 3 times from different phone numbers... Do I become a criminal in eye of law for the reason that she called me?

Hi as per the query no offense is made out against you, however I suggest you to inform the police that she is calling you, untill and unless you are behind the missing of that minor girl, no offense is made out against you, even if the allegations are being levelled against you till you found guilty in trial court you are accused not criminal

It depends upon the circumstances but only due to the reason that she called you. You have not become culprit and there is no proof of entice of influence to provoke her to elope from the lawful guardianship of her parents
