A guy cheated me through a matrimonial site and now missing

i met on a guy on matrimonial siteand fall in love with him. he always assure me that he will meet me and soon get engaged but in 3 year of relation ship he never come. can say am emotional fool.dont know his address.i went his home town and search that area.address was correct but guy's name was wrong.Pls help me out and suggest me any NGO'S or organisation who help to find him.I also gave him money around1lakh rs with out seeing him in his crisis. he talked to me but now disappear since 3 days.i dont know how to find him.Pls help me. am not only one. i met a girl with her he done same thing.
It will be a case of criminal breach of trust and cheating case under section 406 & 417.
First of all write a complaint to the SHO OF your nearest police station
and also to the police station where that guy was leaving.
Ask them to file an FIR and search for him.
Filing of FIR helps in arresting a person since Cheating is a non - cognizable offence in which a person can't be arrested without warrant. So for that reason make sure that your complaint gets register and FIR is filed against him.
If u had saved any emails or msgs of him than take help of pvt person who is good in computers and ask him to locate the address through IP address as this will help u in reaffirming the address and through e-mails you can even locate him.
It's good u have a met girl with whom the same guy has done the same thing. So also ask her to file a criminal complaint to the SHO of her nearest police station.
Right now I doesn't know the NGO also doesn't know the place you live in
