Legal Remedies Section 151 CPC (Inherent Powers): You can invoke the inherent powers of the court to recall its own order if it was obtained by practicing fraud. Section 482 CrPC (Quashing): Since the mediation arose from a Domestic Violence (DV) case and led to Section 125/128 proceedings, you may approach the High Court under Section 482 of the CrPC to quash the proceedings if there is clear evidence of false statements and fraud.
