A boy blackmailing my friend to make relationship with her

a boy whose age is approx 25 years force my friend (who is a girl of age 17 years) to make a relaionship with him. She is fully against him. Because of this he started blackmailing her. please gide me what should i do for her. For this i will be highly oblised to you. thankyou
This is highly unacceptable. Blackmailing and using any criminal force is an offence. Kindly, give a 'sanah'/information to the nearest police station. They will call the guy and ask him and negotiate with you all guys but if you people will be firm and not negotiate then the police officio will turn the sanah into an f.i.r.

At first the victim girl should have to approach to her parents in this regard and if the matter will not shot out then she should have to move with her parents to the concerning Police Station respec
