FIR u/s 498-A registered by police.No police arrest or custody or arrest.
Got anticipatory bail.
Whether employer(PSU Company) can pass suspension orders on basis of Police FIR only? Do section 498-A FIR covers moral turpitude for suspension

There was lot of misuse of section 498 A in the past, supreme Court has taken suo motto in this regard..
Since your case is under process of litigation, and the charges are yet to be​ proved against you under such circumstances the PSU or any government or semi government can't pass a suspension order ( they are not above justice) against any employee.
