498a case has been filed against us by my brother and his wife

We are having financial crunch. How is it possible to get outlrself bailed for this case? Moreover they have filed a false case against us without any evidence and proof. Why the police accepted the fir against us? Moreover, I am now having health issue where doctor adviced me to take bed rest.
You need to take bail and then go for quash under the BNSS if the complaint contents are absolutely frivolous and baseless. A seasoned criminal lawyer at High Court is the need of your hour. I sympathize but cannot advise on financial crunch issue.
