498A case filed but one accused missing warrant issued what to do now

i have a 498a case against me today was the stage of 313 but out of three accused person one person was absent , his 317 was filed but judge rejected the application and issued bailable warrant of 20000 rs . so what will happen now please suggest
If the 313 statement will not make any difference into the case then beter stay away. You can file Criminal Revision against the order rejecting 317 crpc petition. But if you want to dispose the case early then you all appear in court so that the case proceed further in argument - judgement .
