498a case being framed over me. What to do legally.

Hi, I am Muslim.Got married on nov 2016. We never had any sexual intercourse as she rejected me several times but i never told my parents. But after 2months she played a game that she got pregnant then i revealed to my parents that we never had any physical relation.After that drama she left home on the same day.Her parental uncle came and said that we are ready for mutual agreement for divorce.Then we approached lawyer for mutual consent divorce and sent a legal notice to her. After receiving that she filed a false 498a case 3&4 dp act. Saying that they have given 10 lakhs dowry. We never took any dowry but they gave 3 lakhs for shopping purpose(Clothes) and they took photo of it.Now keeping that photo they are saying that we gave 10 lakhs dowry and 20 lakhs for marriage expens which is all false.Police Filed FIR and sent me to jail for 2 days and i came out on bail on 3rd day.Now they are sending mesages through our relatives that she want to come back. we are not ready to take her
