1. FIR ka certified copy turant le lo Job verification time me FIR ki copy maangi jaati hai. 2. Bail / Anticipatory Bail ensure karo Aapke aur family ke against arrest nahi ho, ye sabse zaruri. 3. Charge-sheet file hui ya nahi? Check karo Chargesheet se case ki seriousness pata chalti hai. Chargesheet ke baad hi department final decision leta hai. 4. Job form me sach sach likho 498A FIR ko hide mat karo. Hide karne par job cancel ho sakti hai. 5. Department usually “acquittal / quashing / compromise” dekhta hai Isliye: Compromise + 482 Quashing best option Ya court se clean acquittal 6. Job ruk sakti hai but cancel nahi hoti (majority cases me) 498A non-conviction case hai, isliye selection hold hota hai, reject rare. 7. Jaldi se counselling/mediation kara lo (agar possible ho) Settlement ho jaye to case khatm ho sakta hai. 8. High Court me “employment protection petition” dala ja sakta hai Agar department aapka joining rok raha ho to.

489a ka case hone par aapke job par koi effect nahi hoga, many high courts or supreme court ke judgments hai jisme esa kaha gaya hai ki marly case criminal case hone ke aadhar par aap ko mana nahi kar sakte, case ki nature or gravity dekhi jaati hai, esliye don’t worry. Lakin department se fact nahi chupana chahiye.

बिल्कुल आपको गवर्मेंट जॉब में कोई दिक्कत नहीं आएगी कई मामलो के बाद सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आदेश दिए हैं की एक और जहाँ लगभग हर पाँच में से चार मुकदमों में सेटलमेंट हो जाता है तो एसी स्थिति में दहेज के मुकदमों को गंभीर अपराध की श्रेणी में नहीं माना जाना चाहिए इसलिए आपकी नौकरी में कोई दिकत नहीं आएगी आप मुझसे संपर्क ककर सकते है
