Whether the couples can reunion together
Hi, as per the query it is understood that the wife and her family has filed a case on the Husband and his Family under section 498A & 420. Not sure at what stage the case is at present. However if the couples (Husband & Wife) would like to forget the issues that has happened in the past and leave the bad incidents took place between them and move on in life together, then they can certainly reunite and live together a peaceful and happy life. Who ever has filed the cases will have to voluntarily apply for withdrawal of those cases filed, which shall stand cancelled.
