4 Cctv camera fraud by technican ar my resident

Hi I m mohiaddin from vijaynagar bangalore. I installed 4 cctv cameras at my resident, the problem is there is no camera clarity and technician didn't provide me bill, I paid him through gpay and now he is not p8cking my call. Expecting his name and mobile number I don't have his any other detail. What should be my next step. Kindly need advice.

hello, sir you can ask for replacement of the product gpay is enough to claim..your not mentioned how much you paid, find out his office address by way of filling ncr complaint, if you get details then give formal lagal notice for replacement next step district forum.
