302 murder case - enmity due to hundial theft case, sequence of event

Prosecution side, husband murdered in a fenced farm land by noon 2:30 , wife in search of husband saw accused running with sickles in hand together with a relative, fearing bad thing could have happened wife and relative came back to village and informed relatives -relatives + wife went to farmland in search of husband again found body after search, wife with help of daughter went to police station to register a case , on return from home learnt that 2 eye witness saw the murder and dose not want to disclose because of fear, One eye witness was also searching the body together with relatives but didn't disclose out of fear, later then after learning complaint was registered disclosed he too saw the murder . murder because of previous enmity in an hundial theft case, Husband was a witness in the hundial theft case of the accused -Kindly suggest possibility of conviction.
