Hi sir, iske jawab ke liye apko mujhe batana hoga ki Indian penal code ya fir Bhartiya naya sanhita me se kiska section hai uske baad hi me aapki sahayta kar paaungi aur further procedure ke liye aap mujhse contact kar sakte hai

302 murder ki dhara hai...jab yeh aap par lagti hai toh apko ghambhirta se age badna padega aur jaha bhi raho, jo bhi court ho , acha vakil karna. remember the lower the court, better the advocate should be.
