What is the best type of firm for opening a pre-school; viz, partnership, limited liability partnership, limited company, or trust?

A pre school can be a non for profit or not for profit.
If a school is for profit then a company or Llp ( Llp is cost effective and is advisable)
If it for not for profit then a trust or under section 8 or 25 of companies act
