What can i do if company is not returning the deposit money

Sir gm, I'm an agent of a marketing& non banking company .iWork 2009-10and stand a team for deposit skeam from distt Hardoi in up,but I live in town- kaimganj ditt Farrukhabad up Sir, company runs many deposit plans and I deposit many about 80-86 poor people money those pay this money to sell their cattles for bright and doing their daughters,sisters,marriage or his child education or business.but when the time came for payment company made patent that you will do conversion in other skeam ,all people fallow company order and gave their purmition for conversion .some years later when again payment time come in April 2016 the company said you all exchange his payment in product as-- R.O.,LED,chavanpras, sabun ,hair oil, face beauty cream,herbal tea etc. All poor illiterate ,people requested to company GM,but he not pay mercy and he said hardly you go to your home silently अन्यथा I willinforme to police and arrest to all .he also give warning that to
