Want to adjust dues of one ltd company against fixed deposit of other

Can the dues of one Limited Company be adjusted against the Fixed deposit of another Private Limited Company, majority of different shareholders ?
Your query is not very clear, but still i will try to answer to the best i can. Company are considered to be separate artificial person under law, so 2 separate companies are 2 different persons altogether. Hence, you can adjust any dues on one company against FD of other company.
