I want to know the clauses of using Peacock image/mascot for commercial use as a logo or as a toy etc in India. What if the company registered outside India using Peacock image/mascot as a logo, will there be any issue for their business operation in India? Is there any solution to it? like any process to follow and licencing or something. Looking for the revert.
