When you joined the Company you signed the contract which is the bond. If you are leaving the company then there violation of the Contract from your end. The Violations and it's effects will be stated in the Contract itself. Even if you plan to escape without informing the Company to avoid penalty the Company may withhold your Relieving Certificate or Order that could jeopardise your future employment prospects. Think Deep and decide.

Dear client,

Kindly refer to your above posted query. Please note that if you leave before the bond period, then bond agreement or clause shall be invoked by the company and a claim will be made against you in accordance with the employment agreement and the bond agreement/clause. If you fail to pay the bond amount (if any mentioned in your employment agreement or bond agreement/clause) then the company may set-off the bond amount with your due salary and any outstanding payment due post your leaving, moreover, the company may also not grant you the leaving letter. Further, note that if any third party (such as any family member or friend) has signed the bond as surety, then a claim can be made against such third party.

Best regards,

you will have to do the severance with the company as per the terms and conditions of the bond. if there are some compensations mentioned, you may have to provide the same accordingly. suggest you to get in touch with concerned HR manager for an easy exit
