Remedy for discrimination and harassment in office

I'm working with one retail firm, though I'm obidient enough and meeting my targets, my boss is harrassing me and not giving opportunities to grow in firm. Outing disciplanory actions with out informing me. Job is livelihood for me,I can't quit nor I can continue working in same place where there is no recognition for me. Can you assist what kind of action can I take against the management

You did not mention about your qualification. Why don`t you try for a job change. With present experience you can join new job. After job trial and securing new job you can quit old job. That is the only remedy to you.
