Regarding manufacture and sale of essential oils. I have some queries.

i am producing some plants for organic essential oil in my fields , now i want to make a partnership firm to sale that essential oil, what documentation and legal formalities we required to sale essential oil in india and out of india regard pradeep kumar
First you have to determine what category of essential oil are you going to manufacture. If it comes under the category of Cosmetics then you will have to apply for a license under the Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940 whereas if it is of medicinal value then you will have to apply for the license from Food & Drugs Control Administration (FDCA). The query that you have posed has a wide application of legal provisions related to the license to manufacture oils, formation and registration of partnership firms, license to sell the oil, application to the Director General of Foreign trade for Import Export Code etc. all these provisions cannot be written down and explained over email.
