If you are selling readymade plastic or ceramic pots from your home through an online platform or your own website in India, you must comply with several legal requirements. Depending on your business structure, registration may be necessary. Please feel free to contact for further information.

To sell readymade plastic or ceramic pots online in India, you should ideally register your business (e.g., sole proprietorship). GST registration is mandatory if turnover exceeds ₹40 lakhs, or if selling through platforms like Amazon. A local trade license may be required from your municipal authority. MSME (Udyam) registration is optional but offers benefits. Ensure compliance with e-commerce rules and consumer protection laws when selling online.
