Procedure in case of Non transfer of shares in account

I have bought 100 shares of one company but due to signature mismatch the same could not be transferred to my name till date.
Kindly made affidavit from the 1st Class Magistrate to the Respective Magistrate under Cr.P.C.297 & Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 under Civil Procedure Code, 1908 that Privious Signature holder and current Signature holder in the same Person and obviously attached previous Signature proof and current signature proof, if u are not understand then call u, IMTIAZ ASHAMAD,M.Sc, LLB,IFS, Ld.Counsel Mob-9831712242
