Dear sir/mam, Can a private ltd company be converted to a proprietary concern? If yes, what is the procedure. Thanks in Advance.
there is no procedure to convert the private limited company into a proprietory firm you can form a one man company as per the amendments to the companies act and if you wanted to form proprietor ship firm you need to dissolve the company and form a new firm
