It sounds like a challenging situation. Given that you've already submitted your resignation, here are some steps you might consider: 1. *Review Your Resignation and Notice Period*: Check your employment contract or company policies regarding the notice period and any obligations during this time. Understand what is expected of you. 2. *Communicate Your Position*: Respond to the email clarifying that you've resigned and are willing to fulfill your notice period as per the contract. However, given the circumstances, you might want to discuss whether delivering specific results during this period is feasible. 3. *Negotiate Terms if Necessary*: If you're concerned about the implications on your experience letter or future employment, you could try to negotiate terms that are more reasonable. 4. *Document Everything*: Keep a record of all communications regarding your resignation, notice period, and any discussions about performance expectations. This documentation could be useful if there are disputes later. 5. *Seek HR or Legal Advice*: If you're unsure about your rights or obligations, consulting with HR or a legal professional might provide clarity and help protect your interests. Given the pressure to deliver results during your notice period, it's crucial to understand your contractual obligations and communicate effectively with your employer
