Not served notice period can the employer file case against me
I was working as a manager in a private coaching institute. I was having payment issues. The boss was not paying me my salary. So, I left my job. But I did not give any notice or resignation letter. I am worried if he files a case against me, because I have signed a deal which I dont remember. What should I do if a case is lodged?

Your query depends entirely on the employment agreement you had with your former employer. Did you submit a resignation letter citing the reasons for leaving?
It is unlikely that your employer would file a case against you if you were not getting paid your salary.
