If your bank account has been blocked in connection with a case in which you are not involved, you can initiate steps to have it unblocked by providing the following: 1. Written clarification from your side explaining that you are not a party to the said case. 2. Account ownership proof (copy of passbook, PAN, Aadhaar, etc.). 3. Any communication or notice received from the bank or investigating agency. Once we review these documents, we can assist you in filing a suitable representation or petition before the concerned authority or court to release your account.
