Maternity Benefit Payment Terms & Conditions

We are a start up with less than 20 women employees and total headcount around 80 employees'. Do we need to pay full salary to the employee who goes on the maternity leave or can we pay only Basic and HRA can be paid. Please answer this query to draft our policy accordingly.
