My client wants to open a site which will be connected to all the hotels in India n people can book hotel by his site n they gonna provide couple's rooms as it is legal through his site.Now he wants to register legally from me.What is the proceedure of registration of online business site (like 'oyo',''makemytrip.com' etc) plz help me plz tell me the detail proceedure tht I can provide right legal help me..
Its absolutely depend the procedure of registration to the respective Online Registered Portal, so, it will be possible to communicate to the OYO, Makemytrip directly, there is no need any legal assistance or legal procedure.

To start an online business which shall have transactional revenue, the following registration are required:
1)Company or LLP
2. GST Registration
3. Bank Account
4. Payment Gateway
5. Legal Documents
6. Adherence to cyber law crimes
7. Compliance with other laws

Website must be created. The sit must be registered under www. The site will be owned by an entity. Create and register the entity. Obtain registration of the site with Trade Mark and Copyright Authorities. See that the entity enters into agreement with the hotels before including their names. Obtain GST registraiton of the entity if your turnover crosses Rs 20 Lac. The entity which will own the site must obtain PAN and TAN.
