Invested money in a firm now want to withdraw my name
I have a shop on rent...rent agreement is on my name...but business in partnership firm....i have invested all the money in the firm...now i want to remove partner...is it possible?

You need to file application before registrar for removal of partner After filing the removal of partner from the firm before the Registrar, you can issue the Paper public notice. It is only for precaution not mandatory. You need not go for Gazzette publication.
