I wanted to know whether as a minor I can sign a service agreement

01-Jul-2026 (In Corporate Law)
Hello, I need some legal guidance regarding a service agreement. My official documents currently show me as a minor. I completed a website development project for a client, and we had already finalized the terms through email. The client has now requested that I sign a notarized agreement. Since my official documents show me as a minor, I don't think I can execute a notarized agreement in my own name, and I do not want to involve my parents or guardians as signatories. Is email One valid or?

Email correspondence can evidence agreed terms, but a minor generally cannot enter an enforceable contract. A notarized agreement in your own name may not be valid. Consult me on call as soon as possible.
