I need to understand the benefits given to local IT and IT product services company operating from Aurangabad and Head Quartered in other Country. Could I register the company as foreign subsidiary or local Indian company. Explain me the benefits
Yes, you can register as a local Indian company under tagging of subsidiary of foreign company. Every company has to operate as an Indian Company to run IT business in India. Alternately, to test the market dynamics, you can open a branch office with prior approval of RBI. Branch office is permitted to do limited activities, and has to fulfill certain conditions to setup and run the branch office.
