How to defend a fraud committed at an organization or company

I have done fraud in my company which I have returned to the company and they have already accepted it ,now my company is asking for more money to close this case, in case I do not give money they are threading to go legal ,can they go legal in this case and under what sections ?, Should I give the money that they are demanding
