Final Salary Settlement not been meted out. How can I recover

Dear Sir, I have relieved from a corporate company ( Information & Technology ) on 22-Apr-2016, more than an year ago. Till now I did not get the salary of March-2016 and April-2016. I have sent so many mails to them regarding my salary they are not replying. I have met HR personally, they simply saying that they will give but its not happening till now. Apart from my salary, they were deducted PF from my salary and did not deposit in to my PF account. The total amount I should get from them comes around 5 lacs. So please suggest me that What I have to do now with my previous employer. Thanking You Sir
please complain with the appropriate labour officer having jurisdiction of your work place and where you have worked under payment of wages act by filing an application with the assistant commissioner of labour and then you get justice
