Can a person have different name to represent his company

Can anyone in a company represent himself by another name instead of his real name, exactly like few movie actors has different screen name other than their real name?
No no one will represent themselves by different name in company, as during the registration of company you need to provide certain identify proof regarding the same. Representing yourself in different name before MCA is punishable crime.
