Kya ham Kisi business ka partnership agreement stamp paper pr Karwa skte hai
Haan, aap kisi bhi business ka partnership agreement stamp paper par karwa sakte hain. Partnership deed ek legal document hoti hai jo partners ke rights, duties aur profit-sharing ratio ko define karti hai. Ye deed non-judicial stamp paper par banai jati hai jiska value har state ke stamp act ke according alag hota hai. Aapko is agreement ko notary se attest bhi karwana chahiye. Agar aapka business formal registration chah raha ho toh Registrar of Firms ke yahan is deed ko register bhi karwa sakte hain. Registration optional hota hai, lekin legal disputes me registered deed zyada valid hoti hai.
