Dear Sir, Iam nitin chandar started working in small startup company .there they are not giving proper offer letter . and inthe end of resignation managing director is harassing to not to resign they are not giving proper experience letter also.the company owner is influential person.i request you to advice me.please keep my details confidential. thanking you, regards, Nitin chandar

Hi, I suggest you to send a legal notice to the management of your company to adhere to the labour compliance and issue the offer letter and relieving letter. Also you may file a complaint with the labour officer at the department of labour on the management with respect to the malpractices that they adhere. Let me know if you need any help.
