Respond Objection raised under S 9(1)(a) of the Trade Marks Act 1999

07-Nov-2023 (In Trademark & Copyright Law)
My name is Utsav. We're a small group of college friends who are working on a travel startup called “AdventureBuddha” Dear Sir/Mam, we applied for the trademark in class 39 for the name “AdventureBuddha” but we received “The objection under S 9(1) (a) of the Trade Marks Act 1999, on 23rd Oct saying the mark is a non-distinctive and as such it is not capable of distinguishing the goods or services of one person from those of others.” Can you please help us to respond to this Objection? It’s already been 22 days and we’re supposed to reply within 30 days of this examination report. We’ll be more than helpful if you can guide/help us in any way.
