Renewal of expired Trade mark less than 6 months

What is the payment required to be made for renewal of a trademark just expired a couple of months ago and on whose name has the draft to be made in Delhi zone.
Please advise.

As you have indicated that the renewal of the said mark was not filled in time due to some reason. However, now you are interested to renewal this mark .
We wish to inform you that in order to renew your abovesaid registered Trademark you have to file the request for renewal of the said mark with the late fees/surcharge fee alongwith Form TM-12 (Rs.5000 official fees) with Form TM-10 (Rs. 3000/- official fees) respectively at the earliest.

Hi,
You can renew the Trademark within a window of 6 months before expiry (without fine) to upto 1 year after expiry (with extra fee).
Within 6 months of expiry, the fee required for renewal would be Rs. 8,000.
The draft needs to be in the name of 'Registrar of Trademarks' payable at Delhi.

Late fee surcharge is Rs. 3,000/- in addition to Rs. 5,000/- along with application for renewal. This is only the statutory charges and professional fee will be in addition to the same.

You can renew your Trademark registration by paying for each mark Rs5000/ plus late fee Rs 3000/ in cash.This is possible if you are late by not more than 6 months.You can visit Dwarka office of Trademarks in Delhi for this.
