Registration of domain name necessary to prevent from infringement

02-Jun-2023 (In Trademark & Copyright Law)
Hi, I own a domain name and a website for my online enewspaper. I am planning to have the news in bilingual. I own my domain name in my local language, but I will translate the news in english as well. So should I have to register my business name both in english and my local language to own the name. I also would like to have a logo for my enews paper. Where should i register to get it owned.

Hi,
World intellectual property rights (WIPO) was head office located in Geneva, Switzerland. www.wipo.int
was the official website internationally.
For india www.ipindia.nic.in was the official website to register your domain and website. Once you registered with this Intellectual Property rights (www.ipindia.nic.in) your domain and website is safe.
So, please register your domain and websites immediately.
If you have any query please contact.
Have a nice day.

Hi
Pertaining to your logo, you can own it by applying for a trademark. The Trademarks Registry takes care of fillings and registrations. As i am a Trademark Attorney, I can help with filling.
With the query of business name, I need certain more details. If you can possibly call me through Lawrato.
