Regarding Publication Process of the Book

My publisher is delaying the printing of my book Even neither they are picking my call nor they are replying my emails. Sometime by chance when I am calling from other number they are picking the phone and there reply is always that let us check we will confirm and call you back after few minutes. But they never call back.
That's sad to know. Do you have any agreement with your publisher? If they are delaying the process beyond agreement you may change the publisher and revoke the rights of publication with the existing one.
