We are starting an e-commerce store. We are planning to sell tshirts with graphic designs. Is there any possibility to use dialogues and quotations from movies to print on shirts without having copyright issues? Can we use superhero characters and designs to print them on shirts? Please take a moment to respond, that would be of great help.
copyright act will be applicable on quotations. you need prior permission from respective movie producers. ecommerce stores this is important and otherwise lot of penalty and even jail too. you can create your own design then no issue. and those images are protected for you. more details discuss with me.
