Organization using my IP without paying it in full. What can I do ?

An organization is using my design for commercial gratification without paying for it in full. Now they are being adamant that they won't pay. What can I do?
I need clarity before making comment on your query.
1) Whether such use are made with your consent?
2) Anytime timeline are fixed while allowing such use?
3) You said "commercial gratification without paying in full". Under such instances, Contractual obligation are not fulfilled by the organisation against which you could claim the recovery and damages, if any.
