My art style is getting copied by other person

My art style (glass painting) getting copied by other person which effect our name and reputation and also we bearing the loss but we don't have registered any where but we teach to them now they are started their own business because of that we face many problems I want to take same action is their any chance to take action on him legally aur first i need to register and then complain suit?
