Mistake in Renewal of Trademark - My ID is showing in public webiste

While filling TM-R form, I attached my aadhar card in "attach Annexure". nnLater I realize that I did a big mistake. Now it is showing in website https://ipindiaonline.gov.in/eregister/eregister.aspxnnWhat should I do to remove my aadhar card from Annexure document? There is no way to fix this from my side. ;(nnnThanks.
I can do it for you but for that you have to give the details like application number then I'll check and update you I am regular trademark attorney. For your case probability I have to physically visit to IP India office correct the mistake
