Is it okay to use a fictional character name that is not trademarked for a clothing Brand name, or will I get in trouble?

Well, you can certainly use a fictional character name to use it for trademark for your Clothing Brand name. In order to register a Trademark in India, you need to file it before the Registrar of Trademarks under the Trademarks Act, 1999.
