I have a primary school with name as "The Indian school of excellence" registered with JK board . Now I have applied for upgradation from primary to middle class . But i got reply as Indian word can't be used so to change the school name .I want to know can "the Indian" word be used in school name or not
it is not permitted in terms of Section 3 of the emblems and NAME act 1950
