First copy products

Hi...we are planning to start an app and act as resellers for products being sold on social media like instagram. But most of the products are high quality first copy products? We would just take the orders and pass it directly to the vendors..can we do so after mentioning that the products are first copy? Or will it be illegal.
Copy of any product is illegal if it is done without permission of owner. First copy is a illegal business, initially you may not face any heat of it, but in Long term it may hamper ur business and reputation.
