Copyright issues regarding printing quotes/designs on tshirts

I’ve started my brand selling printed tees and hoodies on my website.
I have some doubts which i like to be cleared:
-Can i print some dialogues from tv shows/movies on tshirt?
-Can i print flags of countries on them?
for example-
1. is it legal to print ‘friends’ on tshirts? (as i’ve seen many sell these tees)
2. can i have a design of france flag and a text with it
