Hi, Section 63 is applicable when someone commits infringement against other party registered copyright. In this particular situation we need to check whether we are actually infringing their(hp) copyright or are the honest Bonafide user just doing fair use. Further, section 65 of copyright act generally go hand in hand with sec 63 as sec 65 deals with tools that commit this infringement. We need to go in detail to guide you better. Thanks
